Whipped labneh
€11Pomegranate, crisp herbs, warm flatbread
Slow food. Loud flavor. No apologies.
Big-hearted Levantine cooking, open flames, and tables made for lingering.
Some dishes start with a recipe. Ours begin with the sound of charcoal catching fire and somebody asking for one more piece of bread.
We're a little Levantine, a little Parisian, and very serious about feeding people well. Everything is seasonal, generous, and meant to land in the middle of the table.
Meet the people behind the firePomegranate, crisp herbs, warm flatbread
Sumac onion, tahini, a little heat
Shaved herbs, citrus, toasted seeds
Garlic toum, lemon, pickles
We bring the heat. The ingredients do the talking.
Real embers, slow patience, edges that earn their char.
We follow what tastes best, not what looks good on a calendar.
We don’t do small plates. We do second helpings.
“I grew up where the kitchen was never quiet and nobody left hungry. That is the whole idea here: food with a little smoke on it, served without ceremony.”Nadia Haddad
